*GRSA ADELAIDE CUP CASH GRAB – TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Promoter is Greyhound Racing SA Ltd (ABN: 39094569525) 55 Cardigan Street, Angle Park. (hereafter referred to as GRSA).

2. The competition opens at 5.30pm on Friday October 13 2017 and concludes at 7.30pm that same evening.

3. The promotion is open to any person over the age of 18 who come through the gate of the 2017 GRSA Adelaide cup between 5.30pm-7.30pm.

4. By entering into and participating in this promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions.

5. All promotional material including information on internal signage, will list of terms and conditions and forms part of the conditions of entry.

6. The first 2 patrons to be randomly drawn by barrel at 7.40pm will be declared the winners and will win $1000 cash and the chance to win a further $1300 more by participating in the Cash Grab.

7. The first instant winner will be invited the Cash Cube located at 55 Cardigan Street, Angle Park at 7.45pm the second at 8.20pm and then use their skills to grab as much of the Chasers cash circulating in mid-air within the cube in 60 seconds, once the air blower has been switched on.

8. Should the winner not be present at time of draw or choose not to participate in grabbing Chasers cash from the Cash Cube for any reason, a GRSA employee will enter the Cash Cube on their behalf to grab as much Chasers cash as possible to determine the winners total prize. 

9. The winner who is in the Cash Cube will need to place all the Chasers cash notes grabbed in mid-air into a Perspex box attached to the Cash Cube within 60 seconds, for the money to be counted towards their total prize.

10. The winner who enters into the cash cube is required to obey the rules of the promotion.

11. The winner cannot bend down and grab the Chasers cash from the floor or below their knees.

12. The winner cannot grab the Chasers cash from the ceiling.

13. The winner must grab the Chasers cash in mid-air with their hands and put the Chasers cash into the Perspex box within the 60 second time frame allowed.

14. Only Chasers cash entered into the Perspex box will be counted towards the total prize.

15. Winners are not allowed to use clothing or any other material to aid in collecting the floating Chasers cash, bare hands only.

16. GRSA will provide protective attire must be worn when inside the Cash Cube—e.g. glasses and jacket.

17. Once the time period has lapsed, no more Chasers cash can be grabbed and should this occur, the Chasers cash grabbed after the blower has stopped will not be included in the total prize.

18. At the end of each cash cube session, the money grabbed by the winner will be counted in public with a GRSA employee in attendance and the exact amount up to a maximum of $1,300 chasers dollars will be rewarded to the winner in cash AUS $ on a 1 chasers dollar for one AUS $. All Chasers cash grabbed by the first winner from the Cash Cube will be placed back into the Cash Cube once counted and collected, so the next winner will have an equal chance to grab as much Chasers cash as they can from the Cash Cube.

19. The total chasers cash placed in the cash cube will be $2,000, the total prize for each winner will be capped at $1,300

20.  Winners not present at the time of the draw will be notified of their total winnings via phone by no later than 4pm on Monday October 16.

21. Employees of GRSA and companies associated with this promotion and their families are ineligible to enter the promotion.

22. Participation in the promotion means acceptance of the conditions of entry and confirms acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising that GRSA may request, including photographs and use of their image on the GRSA website.  Email details may be used for future promotional correspondence.

23. Failure to observe the Conditions of Entry may result in disqualification.

24. GRSA shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

25. GRSA management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
